Ended up in the handicapped room since it was one of the last rooms, was not at all impressed. It seemed old and the bathroom floor became very wet when you showered. Queen rooms are much nicer.

The staff went above the basic requirements of customer service. Each employee we interacted with was offering sincere hospitality to guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area supplies were accessible 24 hours when we went looking for dishes for an evening snack. The floor in the pool are was not slippery. Everything was more than satisfactory.
