I love country house in Clarendon Hills ! I have been coming here for years for special events and just for fun. The food is always good and the atmosphere cozy. I was there yesterday with former coworkers and we had the best of times. The server was very friendly and attentive ( I wish I could remember her name :(. I know I will be back soon especially for Halloween

We’ve been going to the County House for over forty years. Never disappointed with the food or service in the dining room or bar.

The Elk Burger is the best burger I've eaten in a long time
When to lunch yesterday with my husband and my son. Server acted like she didn’t want to be there and was not personable at all. We ordered the cajun shrimp appetizers and the bison burgers. The shrimp was great but not worth the price for the amount. The bison burger was that of a hockey puck with no flavor. This was our second time here and thought we would give it another shot. But sorry to say we wont be back.
