Horrible customer service, kept changing the price on the vehicle. Kept changing the down payment, demanded the Nissan altima was the one we HAD to go with. The one in Merium is 10 times better!!

I can NOT say enough about this place! Fantastic customer service and takes really good care of repeat customers. They got me in a dependable vehicle as a first time buyer and also found me a great truck when it came time to upgrade. Amazing trade in program. This place is great! Had just what I was looking for at a price I could afford. Staff was awesome!
This Place gave us the run around. Giving different down payment amounts and the salesman didn't know who I was when a got there today after SEVERAL phone calls and just a week ago meeting in person with us. They also sold the van we had on hold saying it was just a 24hr. Hold. Well living 2 hours away and working full time jobs we can't just run out of town during the week. The worst dealership I have EVER been too.. if you have to go to a Country Hill motors go to Merriam ask for Mike he is awesome.. Olathe is horrible service they lie to your face and instead of trying to make things right the just ignore you and push you off hoping you aren't persistent enough to or smart enough to take matter in your oh hands.. Unprofessional and WORST SERVICE!! RECOMMEND NO ONE TO GO THERE!!
Bought two cars from Countryhill Motors Olathe location and couldn't be any happier than I am... I can buy from any dealership I want but this place has my business for life...
