I always shop here and absolutely love it. The products are great and the fruit and vegetables are always fresh. The staff are amazing – always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It’s a pleasure to shop here every time!
Visited the store and tried to redeem a $10 discount for reaching 100 loyalty points. I had 110 points showing in the store’s own app, but their system displayed only 96. Even after refreshing and reopening the app in front of staff, they refused to honour the discount. The staff mentioned that as per the new policy, discount would only be honoured one final time for customers with 100 points, but despite clearly having enough points in the app, they would not apply it. Best Quality
I been buying from this shop many times but when comes to meat it’s the worse about at list 4 times I buy meat and come home open bag and it’s off smells pretty bad yesterday I was going to buy bones for my dogs and put it in the trolley and I could smell it pick it up again and open the bag abit and the smell was bad so I put it back , but for fruit and vegetables I’m ok no problems but this shouldn’t be happening I had other people saying the same they stop buying meat from there
