This used to be a halfway decent place until asset living bought it out. It is a joke now. Ashley Hann is a horrible property manager. There isn't a maintenance person on the property so if something breaks you have to wait days sometimes weeks for it to be fixed. I don't know how these people are still in business. They don't know what they are doing at all. They are greedy and rude. They bought the place, raised the rent by $300 a month and got rid of our mainten ence person. Nice community and fairly affordable but the place is poorly run and management is un friendly.
Ashley is always ready to assist in anything needed. There were a lot of bumps while the ownership was changing. But Ashley has helped in any way needed without hesitation. Thank you Ashley for all that you do! You work so hard and it is noticed!
