I have been living here since the beginning of the year. It’s a nice cozy apartment complex with affordable rent for the area. The manager Ms. Ashley is very courteous and professional and quick to resolve any maintenance issues that come up. This is my first apartment I have rented after going through a divorce and she made the entire process super easy.
This used to be a halfway decent place until asset living bought it out. It is a joke now. Ashley Hann is a horrible property manager. There isn't a maintenance person on the property so if something breaks you have to wait days sometimes weeks for it to be fixed. I don't know how these people are still in business. They don't know what they are doing at all. They are greedy and rude. They bought the place, raised the rent by $300 a month and got rid of our mainten ence person.
