DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The Commons is by far the Worst apartment complex I've ever lived. There is a SEVERE Roach infestation, the management office is rude and constantly being turned over. One manager at the time I lived there stole tenants rent money. We had to prove that we actually, paid our rent via a copy of our receipt. Maintenance was horrible. WHOEVER IS READING DONT MOVE IN‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️the management disrespectful if I could give zero I would! It’s landlord special and they raised prices. They give you broken down apartments with cracked floors, broken bathrooms, hanging by the thread doors that are broken at the bottom. The walls are thin and you can hear anybody that’s slightly around. They come up with random fees and don’t notify when they change rules. They lie on the website and make you pay more. Pretty good place to live, better than the student housing based apartments I’ve lived at before. I lived here for 9 months because of the short term lease option and I wanted to move out right after graduation. Lived in a renovated unit and it was decent, you can tell the complex is older and had the “landlord special” but I mean that’s literally every rentable place anywhere so that’s nothing to note and it was still nice and had its upgrades.
