My son returned to his apartment on 7/30/10 to clean out his apartment and discovered his 1-year old flat screen TV had been stolen from his apartment at the Landings. On 7/30/10, he called the management office to let them know he would be arriving the next day to pay his final rent payment and was told if he did not have his property out of the apartment by 12 noon THAT DAY, they would put it out on the sidewalk or charge him $150 PER HOUR if he did not vacate the premises.
