The owner is friendly, dependable, knowledgeable, efficient and you can ask lots of questions and he doesn’t mind! I just purchased a gas burning stove and love it! I am very satisfied with his customer service! I would highly recommend Country Fireplace Showroom!

Thank goodness for the quick response and professional attitude I received from Gary. He responded within 1 day, on a weekend and at the worst time of year to call for service (beginning of January) for a 25 year old natural gas fireplace. Since the fireplace belongs to a relative, I was not familiar and could not get it started and was sure something had failed. Gary arrived and within an hour the fireplace was working perfectly.
