This is not the place to rent from. We paid what we could up front then got duped into splitting our rent through a company called Flex that works with them, or at least they let this company use their brand. We’ve tried to pay several times but they will only take an “undisputed” in full amount by cashiers check. No break down of utilities or anything. This apartment was mediocre at best. There are no ceiling lights in the living room or bedroom (just a plug connected to a switch for a lamp). The apartment was renovated, but I think it honestly looks worse. Those pretty wood cabinets in their photos were painted white, and our shower handle looked incomplete. Utilities were expensive and had formulas that made no sense. Our base rent was $1450, but utilities on top ended up putting us at the high $1500s or $1600s. HVAC unit has been leaking on bathroom floor for a while. Update: Jake said he’d call out a tech on 8/7 but has clearly forgot. It’s 8/14 and I haven’t heard anything since! HVAC Issue started: 6/18/25 HVAC Issue Resolved: Not Resolved as of 8/13/2025 Update: they still have not sent anyone it’s as of 9/2.. the drip has not been as consistent with the cooler weather but it’s still not fixed.

AC Unit leaks on the bathroom floor. Dog piss and poop on carpets from previous owners. Dirty nasty dusty ac vents when I moved in. Bath tub pools nasty water. Dryer takes 2 cycles every time. And don’t even get me started about the Ants and dead bugs I find despite having windows closed and living on 2nd floor… you can bring stuff like this to Jake’s attention, (the property manager) and he will go ahead and will at least reassure you that you won’t be charged for the poor living conditions regarding pet feces on the floor ... read more
