Great staff and very helpful!
We went from living in the country with no close neighbors to living in an apartment at Country Club Villas. At first I kept thinking it's only temporary but after being there a couple of months I realized "hey this is home". The office and maintenance staff are great if you need anything. It is always commilunicated if water has to be turned off or anything else going on. We get a prompt notice if a package has been delivered. The grounds are always nice and clean. Where one lives and calls home, in today's competitive society is definitely a choice to be considered. I'm a retiree with limited resources, and I'm very fortunate to call Country Club Villas my home. I've been here several years now, and consider the office and maintenance staff part of my family. We truly CARE about one another! Glad to be here another year!
Lived here for about a year and have enjoyed it so far! Great staff working here and the maintenance guy is great. Really enjoy how close it is to Wal-mart and United!
