Brandon, a maintenance man here, is a truly great guy and a hard worker. Recently my AC went out and there was no possible same-day fix. All temporary window units were also in use. Brandon ended up grabbing a window unit from his home to give me temporary relief. In older apartments like these, where things are bound to break, having a guy like Brandon on your side is a huge plus for anyone living here. There are two big problems with these apartments. Great staff and very helpful!
We went from living in the country with no close neighbors to living in an apartment at Country Club Villas. At first I kept thinking it's only temporary but after being there a couple of months I realized "hey this is home". The office and maintenance staff are great if you need anything. It is always commilunicated if water has to be turned off or anything else going on. We get a prompt notice if a package has been delivered. The grounds are always nice and clean.
