Looking for an apartment post hurricane Laura. Found one at CC pointe. Would be a loss of use insurance claim but these people won’t approve an application without proving to make 3x the rent. Most of us don’t have jobs until they reopen. Offered to pay up front and get a co-signer. Was told co-signer had to make 6x the amount of rent!! These people are heartless !! How can you not approve someone who pays cash up front !!

It's a great place to live!
The apartment was clean and in proper conditions, The common areas were clean and well mantained. Maintenance service was quick. Most of the times, they took care of my requests on the same day. Communication with Management was also quick, using email.
Grounds are well kept. Employees very friendly and helpful. Kurtis is great with any issues!
