The stove broke, and heated up to hundreds of degrees over what it should of been. The office was rude about it and didn't offer me any assistance to fill out a form with their insurance company for my badly burned thumb. Instead said that if I needed to get a lawyer, to go ahead if I felt I needed one. I had recommended a friend to move in to this place previously, you would think they could of at least offered the insurance claim paperwork to me. I just moved in April 16th...and I had nothing but success here. They are so nice in the office. I got a fireplace for free because they had to move me to another apartment due to the ppl not moving anymore. So I told them I'm not paying for a fireplace if that's all they had left. So I'm not paying the extra $10/mn for the fireplace. I've had maintenance come stat. They are quick and friendly.
I would steer clear of these apartments. The interiors are falling apart, doors won't close, ceilings are falling down, plumbing leaks are horrible! And the maintenance crew is worthless. I have tons of pics I want to post that show the molly ceilings.
Honestly, the apartment was nice but we had mold everywhere outside and inside. With my asthma that was not okay. Our AC went out and it took them weeks to come fix it after we called multiple times. Once they did fix it our electric bill was absolutely ridiculous. They put in the wrong size unit so it made our electric sky rocket, but of course it wasn't their problem. They take forever to help you with anything you need. Don't ever move here ever!!
