Don't waste your time or money. I absolutely loved the neighbors and the friendship my husband and I made here but the office staff is most of the time friendly but getting them to return your call... you can forget it. They'll just do stuff behind your back. I have recommended a lot of people to live here and that has come to an abrupt hault. I am very disgusted with this place! I applied online for an apartment with them. A little backwards, but I read the reviews about them later that night on yelp and decided not to move forward. It has been over two weeks and they still have not refunded my $300 deposit. When I call, they get an attitude and keep lying about the date they actually processed the refund. I am tempted to call the attorney general to find out what can be done about this. There is no reason I shouldn't have my money back by now. It's ridiculous!
Took 1 week short of 4 months to get a microwave replaced. (Handle broke off) Been trying since November to get my fridge replaced. All I hear is "I will check with maintenance and get back to you"
***PLEASE READ FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION AND PRIVACY*** MAINTENANCE WILL COME AND GO IN AND OUT OF YOUR HOME AS THEY PLEASE WITHOUT ANY NOTICE WHATSOEVER! Apparently make sure you read the lease agreement before you decide NOT to sign. Absolutely disgusting. Almost everything inside this apartment has needed to be replaced. Trash bins are always overflowing.
Not a huge fan of this apartment complex, stay somewhere else.
