This place is f****** ridiculous from Management on down I will be moving out very very soon rodents have took over the whole entire complex you tell so-called management well we did tell you you had 48 hours to report anything we'll take this as your f****** report I'm out
So I have to be completely honest here. This has to be the worst managed housing development I have seen. It all started as soon as I was scheduled to move in. The home that I was assigned to had caught on fire. I was given a move in date of a week later after I gave the deposit and first months rent. This place absolutely sucks!! It's infested with mice. The property owners and staff don't care and they lie! I can not freaking wait to get out of this nasty place! Don't rent from this place Don't refer anyone here either
I like it here, our neighbor's are quite and really nice to talk too. The duplex we rent is really good, we stay really cool with our one ac in the dining room/living room. Its a nice place to rent for a good price.
