Country club is a really terrible place to live they are lazy half the time and make excuse to why they can’t fix something and it takes a while also there are many holes leading outside everywhere inside the house most of the apartments/house have not too great conditions on the inside of the house also it’s always turns out that most apartments you move into might come with some friends and no not ppl just your usual cockroaches mice from the fields bedbugs wasp and there’s nothing you can do about it cause if you try you ... read more

Rude staff. Bug infestations. High crime rate. Little to absolutely no parking - if it’s not completely run & down barely there. Have family that lives there and they all regret it. 2.5 out of 5 stars is generous.
They don't fix things like they are supposed to. We have mice, have had two snakes in our place When you call maintenance line it doesn't go to the office. It goes to the corporate office in Kentucky!! So have to wait for them to look at requests before they send them to the office. My friends have mold in two places in their place. Nothing being done about it. Too many things wrongs with this community. Will be moving as soon as possible.
Recommendedi just wish there was a way to talk to just mariah. she actually treats everyone like they matter. and never is rude or snappy with my block. i love it here. mice can be taken care off. only had 1. been here over a year now.
They lie about everything, they won’t do their job. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived at I’ve lost everything. This place needs to be shut down.

Im thinking about moving out here and im curious on prices for electric and water?
I have never lived in such a horrible place... The owner of this place should be ashamed of the way they let Maria run this place!!! I want to know if she has to live with all the rodents too or if maintenance is so busy keeping her place up that they don't have time for anything else. I can't wait to get out of this place!!
