If you enjoy listening to dogs barking hours and hours and hours non-stop move to Country Club Kennels and Apartments. Now since Crain Management of Wichita Kansas is the owner they get to collect a higher rent amount for animals which is a profit for them and a health nuisance to the residents of their property.
