Dump The pictures above are misleading and inaccurate.Infested with rats,spiders,roaches,ants.Maintance is incompetent, and thinks Gorilla Glue/ duct tape fixes everything. You will never be able to talk to a live person at the office, very unprofessional. Dhec came out in did a evaluation of the property and deemed it unsafe.I suggest Consulting a lawyer before signing a lease here. Don't waste your time.
Wouldn’t move here! We only stayed for a year because it was so bad. Can’t ever get management on the phone or to call back. Dog poo and trash everywhere. Laundry units available are always dirty. Loud music playing from cars all the time especially during the weekend. Seen a street fight once and cops called here a lot. Maintenance is also a joke. They have no idea what they are doing and staff constantly changes.
