I've lived here for two years and have had an unpleasant experience. My car and apartment were broken into within the first six months of moving in, many of the residents who own pets do not clean up after their animals (at one point, I could count 30 piles of dog feces within about a 10-15 foot radius of my front door, and I do not even own a pet), and maintenance has typically been slow in the past when I needed to put in a work order.
