I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? A little, it was faint but I noticed one
