Have used this company before for my mobility aids and had good service, we went to hire a wheelchair this year (2024) which we pre booked in 2023 and there was lots wrong with the wheelchair, like the brakes didn't hold and the foot rest is cracked and the side plate is cracked. We have since returned it and they wouldn't even give us a partial refund for the weeks payment that we had already paid and were returning it before the end of the second week.
