A good experience. Dr. Imm was running a little behind schedule. He and his staff kept me informed, gave me the option of waiting or coming back, and apologized repeatedly (which was unnecessary). They handled it like the true professionals they are! Also, they made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. Everyone there greeted me by name, and I have only been there a few times.
The experience and team are GREAT as always....
My remaining tooth particles were removed with very little discomfort and in a very short time. And, I have not experienced any discomfort since. I appreciate the care and consideration you gave during my visit and the phone call in the evening checking on how i was doing. It means a lot to know your dentist does care about your welfare. Thanks for being there..
As usual, the entire team at All Smiles took exceptional care of me. I came in a few days ago with a very painful toothache and Dr Imm advised that I had an abscess tooth that would need to be removed. After a few days of antibiotics, the pain was all but gone, and the extraction was much less dramatic. Dr Imm and the staff understand my general level of anxiety over dental work, and presented me with several options to make the extraction comfortable for me.
