I was seen quickly; my requests for pain management management were taken into account; the procedure was performed quickly and professionally. I drive a hour each way to see Dr. Imm because of these factors!
I was very impressed with the level of concern and professionalism of all of the staff. It was a totally positive experience.
I am a nervous dental patient, but Dr Imm and his staff did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. This is the first time since I was a small child that I actually walked in for an appointment with a smile on my face, and my anxiety level was very minimal. I am 100% satisfied, and am actually looking forward to my next appointment!
