I was barely in the waiting room before I was called back for my appointment. The office was very clean, warm, and welcoming. The hygienist was very friendly and pleasant. I was comfortable during my entire cleaning and appreciated that everything was explained to me in detail. The dentist was also very friendly and I felt comfortable discussing my oral history with him and my concerns. Had broken a tooth on Monday. Was given a next day appointment. Joan thoroughly explained the procedure & Dr. Imm had the tooth repaired quickly & painlessly. Now just waiting for the permanent crown & all will be well. Thank you to the staff at All Smiles for making a dreaded visit as pleasant as could be expected.

Never felt more comfortable anywhere.... Very professional staff and down to earth. You are put at ease and all your questions and concerns are addressed before any procedure is done.
My experience was just plain miserable. The pain was so intense, I still have tears in my eyes. Amanda was a barbarian, she reveled in my misery. On top of the pain, she exasperated the situation by giving me a bill besides. Woe is me. The only good part is the pain in my mouth made me forget the pain in my hand and arm. Excellent job - had temporary crown put on. It was fast and painless! I drive almost an hour to see Dr. IMM and it is worth it!
