The service was adequate and addressed my concerns. However, I believe that the team should provide closer attention to make additional improvements to customer service. I brought my vehicle in during a seemingly 'slow' time but the sense was that the employees were busied and was only interested in the minimum information required to perform service. I recently purchased a 2017 GMC pickup. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. From the first phone call, to set up the appointment, to driving the truck home, all aspects of the process were easy. The entire sales staff were really incredible. They were all so professional and nice it made it a pleasure to deal with them. I will absolutely go back to Country Buick GMC of Leesburg for my next purchase.

I have dealt with this dealership's sales team many times over the past three years. The words that I would use to describe my experience with their sales team are: pushy, desperate, disrespectful, non-transparent, borderline unethical, and vastly more interested in increasing their profit margins than they are in finding the best fit for a happy customer. GOOD PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH I read the other reviews (5) and I think they must have been at some other dealer. They did not reflect the service I received from Star Buick, GMC. The sales staff was very personable and low pressure. I felt like I got a fair deal on the purchase of a new vehicle. I will continue to review Star as my service experience with them continues.
Don"t waste your money I purchased a used vehicle at the end of November. I was told that the extended warranty covers everything except what is on the paper they hand you for the warranty. The same night I signed the loan and took it home. The third row power seats did not work when i got home. I contacted them the next morning and told them about the issue.
