No different than any other car dealership. Promises you one thing and then doesn’t validate any issues that you were already promised wouldn’t happen cause they’re better than normal dealerships. Too many ppl involved at once and love to hurry you up once they change the rules.

The service was adequate and addressed my concerns. However, I believe that the team should provide closer attention to make additional improvements to customer service. I brought my vehicle in during a seemingly 'slow' time but the sense was that the employees were busied and was only interested in the minimum information required to perform service. I recently purchased a 2017 GMC pickup. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. From the first phone call, to set up the appointment, to driving the truck home, all aspects of the process were easy. The entire sales staff were really incredible. They were all so professional and nice it made it a pleasure to deal with them. I will absolutely go back to Country Buick GMC of Leesburg for my next purchase.

I have dealt with this dealership's sales team many times over the past three years. The words that I would use to describe my experience with their sales team are: pushy, desperate, disrespectful, non-transparent, borderline unethical, and vastly more interested in increasing their profit margins than they are in finding the best fit for a happy customer.
