Tim Carey provided his dedicated commitment to get me into the right car. He did it! I am enjoying the vehicle. The Finance Manager got me processed very quickly. Bought a used Car with 40k miles, w/ a warranty the dealer will not honor now. Changing ownership is the reason given for sticking me with a $560 Bill from another dealer even after CBGMC agreed to pay it upfront. DO NOT purchase anything from these crooks. I have filed a BBB claim and have opened a claim with GM as well. I reached out to this dealership to buy a 2023 AT4 and provided all of the information needed to make the deal happen and my motivation to get it done ASAP. Tim and I exchanged emails back and forth but he decided to ghost me Wednesday afternoon and then sold the truck that evening without any notification.
