Service on a brand new hot tub is slow going. The light package never worked. Still waiting, now that most of our summer parties are over. Ugh! Still have loaner steps, as they were on order. Took delivery on 6/13/24
Nice display floor, willing to answer questions...have not made purchase of spa yet, so cannot comment on service or product. Did used carpet cleaning on an are rug...was returned at no charge as they were not happy with the results.

Waiting for over a month for service and parts. Poor phone hours.
The employee working was so helpful with getting us the supplies we needed for our new hot tub. He even said to give them a call if we run into any problems. We'll go back again if we need anything else!
