RecommendedAbsolutely recommend TCFM. The 2 installers obviously took pride in their work making sure I was satisfied in the final product. The plumber can the next day and he too was an experienced pro. They don’t come any better.
Complete home and business Renovations
Amending my review. With some difficulty in the beginning with installation I had my case handled by Roxanne. She made sure to stay in contact with me after the mistake and responded to emails and phone calls quite quickly. They resolved the problem and I got my countertops installed . The job was done to my satisfaction and the follow up with Roxanne really helped to ease my mind . Thank you!
No I would not recommend The Countertop Factory Midwest. We've experienced terrible customer service and more significantly a countertop that was cut incorrectly/installed crooked now with a huge gap. TCF Midwest needs to make many improvements including better customer service, better product installation outcomes, responsiveness to customers when there is an issue, project managers that actually manage the project, customer service representatives that are not rude, a phone system that doesn't send customers in a loop, sol... read more
Had my work desk Fabricated and Installed by TCF, it was a very ambitious design and was executed to perfection. Very happy with how it turned out. The use of different materials (quartz and quartzite) along with the integration of waterfall panels makes it look extra sleek.
This company is top notch! Setting the bar high for the whole industry... great job!
The countertop installers were great and the plumber was awesome. I love my counter. The only difficulty was in communicating with the scheduling department. Numerous times I requested early time slots so I wouldn't have to miss much work. That never happened. I went to work, came home to meet the installers/plumber and went back to work again, which was kind of a pain.
As a consumer, working with them has been a horrible experience with multiple rescheduling and losing out of work because of it. Over a month and I have yet to see my new countertops. Definitely don’t recommend at all.
