The workmen who did the countertop were very friendly, professional, and careful in carrying the countertop pieces into the house. They were very diligent and extremely conscientious in aligning the pieces together and making sure they were level and straight before adhering them with caulk. I highly recommend them.

Spent over 30k remodeling kitchen, that went well... returned for bathroom double sink quartz vanity ... was told 2 weeks... well after THREE attempts Quartz countertop still MEASURED/CUT WRONG (faucet holes too close to sinks to accommodate faucets & plumbing!!) AND manager tried to sneak in LARGER sinks than designer and I agreed upon. THREE times over SIX+ weeks and each time the faucet holes were EXACTLY the Same = WRONG!! POOR workmanship, INSANELY POOR customer service. Zero attempt to make things “right”! Beware!
I have a beautiful piece of marble on my island that needed some intense TLC. I called the Countertop Factory to rebuff my Countertop. Boy was I amazed!! Manny Batella was my technician and he was wonderful. Very friendly and respectful of the situation (COVID-19). My countertop looks brand new and are GORGEOUS! He did such a great job! I would highly recommend Manny and The Countertop Factory Midwest!! Thank you!!
We decided on Q-Quartz, Calacata Classique, for our kitchen remodel. It is more beautiful than I expected. From the beginning the Countertop Factory was helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. The installation process was great! I would definitely use them again.
they are a great company, they did amazing job got in and got it done in no time. cleaned up after themselves. i will give them 5 stars and would use them again if we ever done this again.
We had some unusual sizes. One very long, some unusual shapes and delays caused by issues with new cabinets. The Countertop Factory did an excellent job and worked with us to get a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them for any project. Extremely competent and easy to work with. 5 Stars +
