RecommendedI ordered my countertop through Home Depot. The Countertop Factory Midwest came out measured and about 2 weeks later they were installed. I love my countertops. The 2 guys that came to install were very professional. They put tarps down on the hardwood floors and were very careful not to scratch my new cabinets. I would definitely use them again but next I would definitely order directly with them.
My measurements were wrong when they came to install countertops. The sink (under-mount) didn’t fit properly leaving space in between sink and countertop, mind you a professional came out from the company and did all measurements and even had the new sink on site! The guys who came out were awesome though. I had to re-schedule for another install date. Round and round we go. 2 stars!

I have met the owner and he is a real customer service oriented type person. You can trust what he promises to do as he will follow up to make sure what you requested is done properly and to your satisfaction. Making people happy is his pride and joy and it certain helps for repeat business.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered silestone matte finish black countertop, they delivered a gloss finish and the office people told me it would become matte finish. I called the manufacturer and they debunked this. Then the next time they brought me matte finish top with glossy edges and tried to get me to keep this (over $2200 of countertop).! Highly disappointed in my experience with The Countertop Factory. Three weeks after I visited them and selected my slabs, they still have not started fabrication! Inbetween that time, i received a call confirming delivery, but she had no clue that her company had not even finished a product to deliver! The managers do not respond to calls. The project managers and sales people do not communicate internally so i have to constantly answer the same questions.
