OCF took over my building but I currently have no AC for the 5th day in a row
I like my 1br apartment.
Selfish company that makes it the responsibility of other residents to take care of their stuff. For example, moved a property dumpster out onto the sidewalk next to peoples front doors, failed to lock it, and for weeks it’s been covering the sidewalk in trash and attracting rats. Reached out several times. No response. Why should the residents in the area have to clean up the garbage of their residents?
TL;DR Lots of issues with this company. In the past, I think they were better to rent from. The buildings seem semi-luxury (and they have been nicely renovated/are new), however the buildings lack amenities and are rife with issues. I would not recommend renting from them. When I moved in, the freezer did not work. The whole fridge was finally replaced 7 months into my lease during which time I never had a functioning freezer. I was given a one-time $100 rent credit.
