For an establishment dealing in peoples' mental health, this place is *dangerously* negligent and difficult to deal with. I came in first to see J. Wolfish, who almost immediately put me off by being rather brusque and argumentative, cutting me off several times - every session involved a time-wasting multiple choice gauge of your "depression" (never asked anything I came to discuss) - to top it off at one point I sighed "Oh Lorddd" after having to say something difficult and his joke in reply was "You can call me Jeff"... s... read more
Very rude don’t recommend
You can hardly get someone on the phone if at all and when you do get a person the staff is rude, unprofessionalI and have no common courtesy what's so ever. They have so Many patients it take hours to see a Psychiatrist's and they change Psychiatrist's like people change underwear. If I could I would give them Half a star. It used to be a good place to go now it is Terrible. Do yourself a favor and find another place to go.
The staff I’ve interacted with have been lovely. However getting a person in the phone is impossible and messages are never returned. Day 18 of messages and finally got a human but I had to call a few times today.
