Great overall experience. No wait for my therapist, no matter what day or time my appointment is. They are so booked I have to schedule weeks in advanced, which says a lot of the therapist I see. The ease of booking appointments is great, not to mention the staff in this position is incredibly kind. If you as the client are having a "crisis" between appointments or cant see your therapist for some reasons, they always have another one you can see, with no trouble to you as the client what so ever.
