I made a mistake on my application, a simple mistake, I clicked the wrong "certification type" and their website doesn't let me edit which one I want. I contacted them on DECEMBER 3RD not getting a response till December 5th. The person I was emailing, wasn't even part of the council. I sent in the questions to get a new application on DECEMBER 5TH. They said they would fix it in sometime. But it has been 10 days and my minor problem still isnt resolved. I even asked them days ago if they could just cancel my application and... read more

The finance department, Jonathan, does not respond to emails. Myself, professor and Dean have made several attempts to not only him but to his team to get a voucher code issue handled. Every time I have spoke to their customer service they just push me off to someone else. One person even told me “if they ever respond” (for a person they were giving me contact information for)... read more

Then I ordered the book online and it was around 4 :00 pm and my computer froze it did... read more
