The sales staff is new and misleading in the information they provide while trying to lake the sale. the finance lady, Sarah Burt, is not an ethical person, amd when all was revealed there was little nor no concern. Manger Paul Glans was respectful to deal with. my wife and I very much regret our experience with this dealership but we do love the car. we just will never go back.
What a joke this place is, bought tires and a wheel alignment 14k miles ago 800 dollars and need new tires and an alignment again. If you want my honest opinion they never did the alignment in the first place. The tires wore out in the exact same manner as when i replaced the the first time then got the run around by the service manager telling me all kind of b.s. and tryed to make it feel as though it was my fault and had the nerve to tell me that the service tech that worked on my car no longer works there, gee i wounder w... read more

Purchased a certified pre-owned Escalade and had a good experience dealing with Stan Powell. Fast forward 18 months, I have an issue with my lane assist feature and the windshield camera needs to be calibrated. Coulter Cadillac won't fix it saying that the windshield is not a GM windshield so the warranty won't cover it. The windshield is not a GM windshield bc it was replaced by the prior owner but this dealership is the one who certified it with that windshield in it! I have the documents to prove so. We worked with Stan Powell on the purchase of our new Cadillac Escalade and it was a terrific experience. The entire process from beginning to end was easy, simple and clearly consumer friendly. I can't imagine how the experience could have been better on the sales end or when we picked up the vehicle the following day.
