This place is a 100% SCAM. TERRIBLE!!!!!! The Service Manager, Jon Thorne was unprofessional, rude and a total JERK!!! he called me a liar right to my face!! I took my car in for a simple quote and the Coulter Cadiallac Service Department damaged my car. IIt is plain as day. John Thorne told me that there was no way any of his Technicians would do this.
