If you are looking for your first home, Abby Daniels with Coulter & Castillo is the person to call! She will explain everything in detail and give you copies of everything you'll be signing throughout the process so that you have time to look it over before it's even time to sign. She always makes herself available if a house pops up that may sell quickly and if she can't, she finds someone who is.
