Since I started Burn Boot Camp I feel just amazing! I am 6 weeks into it now and I look forward to it everyday! I always thought these type of exercise places weren’t for me because I am a “bigger gal”. But let me tell you, if you have ever thought those same thoughts...give Burn Boot Camp a chance. Very encouraging, welcoming atmosphere. They really care about each person. Trainers pay attention to each individual and make sure you are working out safely. Staff reach out to newcomers. Highly recommend.
