Burn boot camp is a one of a kind experience where your surrounded by constant encouragement, positiveness and lots of high fives! I love it here because I can push myself and be pushed by the trainer to go further than I thought I ever could. I am hooked to burn boot camp after only one week and look forward to my 45 minutes of hard work everyday.
I felt like I was losing motivation at the gym and hit a plateau. I wasn't challenging myself. I found this by chance and I've been going for a week now. I LOVE it. I feel like I'm working harder and I'm learning new exercises. The trainer really pushes you and helps you along. I love how fast-paced the workouts are. Although challenging, it is really fun! First 4 days and even though I'm sore I feel better than I ever have. Even though the workouts are challenging they are so motivating. I seriously haven't felt this great in years. After 4 days I already feel like I'm losing inches. My biggest transformation is my mindset. It's unbelievable how motivating and inspiring Jeff is! Even though this was totally out of my comfort zone the staff made me very comfortable at the orientation and I never want to miss a class now. ALL I CAN SAY IS JUST DO IT. YOU WONT REGRET THIS.
