Best gym ever. Great atmosphere and great trainers!
What can you say that can explain what an amazing place BBC is! They encourage you and don't care what fitness level you are at. Most of us hate working out, but at BBC it is so much more! It's like going home to family!!! They continue to empower women and moms everyday.
This place has changed my outlook and my priorities. It's one of THE HARDEST things I've ever done, but it also makes me feel better about myself than I ever have. Jeff and Auggie truly care about us and the ladies in the session I go to are really growing our friendships and support for one another. You need to get here and try this. It will change you :)
