This atmosphere is nothing but positivity & hard work! If you ever doubted that you aren't "good enough" or "strong enough" or "tough enough", come to ONE camp and Jeff and the ladies around you will change your mind!
It's great! Just try it.....you won't be disappointed! Very motivating and fun!!!
Burn Boot Camp is one of the most amazing communities I have been a part of! I just love the way the work outs are tailored for all fitness levels and high fives are a part of the camp. I have made lots of best friends coming to BBC and wouldn't trade any of them for the world! Keep it up in La Crosse - you guys are rocking it!
I have been at burn boot camp for about a month now and it's the best thing I have ever done! Best trainer! They really help you make this an easy lifestyle change not just a fab diet that won't last. It just feels like life now and on days you don't go to bbc you feel lost without it.
I started Burn Boot Camp a little over a month ago and I have to say I will forever be changed from it! It's always something new and the woman that go are all so supportive and up lifting! it's like a one on one work out because each and every trainer makes you feel like they care and want you to push your self to the max and teach you to never give up on yourself but reach for the healthier better you that they know you can be! Thank you BBC!!!
