I was asked at one point, "What makes you come to work everyday so far from home?" I responded, "Nothing, I love the people I work with and the community. It is my desire to be here that drives me." Cut the administrative people and give more support to the doctors that do the work. It is sad our access to health care is being compromised by high salaried administrators who do not care enough about the community to even live here.
