Check-in services are good, very friendly and helpful. The nurses are friendly, gentle and informative as they perform their job. The doctors are quite nice and understanding. They listen to you and explain in detail what the diagnosis is. I highly recommend Coulee Medical Center.
Visiting from out of town and unfortunately I had to go to the emergency room in the middle of the night. Fortunately it was Grand Coulee Medical center emergency room. From the front desk to the nurse on duty, the doctor on call, and the x-ray technician my condition was diagnosed and taken care of with expertise and compassion
all the doctors are amazing. especially the new MD Doc. Knox she has excellent bedside service. I delivered my baby there in November 2018. Doc. Bacon was my attending. I couldn't have asked for a more calm doctor to deliver my baby while I labored with no epidural.

Beth Goetz and Dr Chaffee were the ER providers when my husband Val presented with chest pain and they are the reason he was sent to SHMC. He was having a heart attack related to a right coronary blockage. NSTEMI. I’m thankful to them and cmc.
Was improperly diagnosed with high cholesterol and put on a statin with Co Q 10. Doctor never addressed the reason why I came there in the first place, my symptoms of arthritis and the gout. Second doctor said that I was just fine and took me off the statin. My blood work was just fine.
When I got there I got checked in right away, Jasmine :) and took back to be seen IN ONLY TEN MINUTES!! Walk in usually wait an hour... Was taken care of quickly and very efficiently!! Thank you all for the speedy service so I was able to continue my day as planned!!
