The technicians treated me like I was stupid and did not believe that there was an issue with my car, even after showing them videos and pictures of my car having issues. One of the technicians even admitted that the Chevy tracks was having issues and still did not believe me.
Good enough experience. With a caveat: Waiting area is depressing. would be an easy fix, more lighting, cozy up the place. One of the lights was burnt out and that was enough to make it dreary, no windows to the outside, furnishings were sparse. Space felt sad. I was stuck there 3 hours. Would be nice if they offered seats in the bright atrium of the show floor, or had better lighting, or warmer furnishings, or all three.
Great experience here with Chase and Kaila. Very helpful and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend them to anyone!
