Usually, this service center can get my fleet vehicles in and out in a timely manner... Sent a company vehicle to the service center in the middle of June. I paid for service repairs. Issue remained so I sent the vehicle back August 1st. It became a warranty claim. It took 2 months for them to get my company vehicle back in service. I am not thrilled with this most recent service.
I like they got me scheduled the same day I called for oil change
The technicians treated me like I was stupid and did not believe that there was an issue with my car, even after showing them videos and pictures of my car having issues. One of the technicians even admitted that the Chevy tracks was having issues and still did not believe me.
