Frustrated… Took in my 2020 - 2500 Duramax Black Widow for service, mind you this is like my 3rd time being in for service and what not, and each time I don’t leave under $500 it would seem. Long story short…took vehicle in after it gave a DEF Error and was about to limit me to 5mph. They told me it was the DEF system so this was covered under warranty and would be replaced. My salesmen was Demetrius. Right from the beginning he was amazing. He wasn’t trying to push me to buy anything. He was also very good at walking me through pricing and different features of the car. He also rode with me during my test drive for both vehicles and walked me through different features then. I would 10/10 recommend him to my friends who are looking to buy. just go to honda and buy a honda people. this places service driver quoted us one thing, then failed to call us for the entire day we waited with no vehicle..... only to find out they supposedly found a bunch of other things wrong. none of which actually needed done, they just wanted more money. i replaced the O2 sensor myself just a couple months ago, sorry, they are fine and im not spending hundreds of dollars for you to replace a working part. this was just one of 3 or 4 things they tried to get us to buy.
