I would have given Dr. Couch 4 stars BUT after seeing her for many years I got a call from Loyola a week before my last visit. The call was "Dr. Couch is no longer employed here so find another doctor." ONE week notice to someone who is going through a very rough time in their life? A friend of mine who is an attorney said this is called patient abandonment and to sue. A doctor is supposed to give you 3 months notice and help set you up with another doctor.
