Because of prior dental experiences, I have a very high anxiety level, however, Dr. Couch and Susan put me at ease because they take the time to explain exactly what they are doing, or going to be doing, and thus I am much more relaxed. Once again, I am very much indebted to Dr. Nissen for recommending Dr. Couch. Thank you to all of the staff with whom I have been involved. Maggie
