The treatment options will significantly exceed my annual insurance allowance. I would have like to have had options presented that would have allowed me to avoid the significant out-of-pocket expenses that I have not budgeted for.

As pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be. I've been a patient for about 20 years and have remained satisfied with the care and treatment. Have made referrals to this office, will continue to do so and can't imagine changing dentists. Thank you for being my dental provider!
