Ed has been cleaning my teeth for many years now. He is always personable, professional and does a GREAT job. It is always a joy to see him!
My coverage changed and my out of pocket was more than I expected. It was handled very matter of factly like I would have all the extra money ready to spend. I turned in my new insurance over a month earlier and was never given an updated estimate. The way the bill is handled has been uncomfortable a few times. I think an understanding or acknowledgement of the increase and some compassion would have been appreciated. It made me feel uncomfortable.
