My 4 year old son was rammed in the mouth by a sheep on a Friday evening. My pediatrician urged me to find a dentist to try to reset his tooth to relieve pain and hopefully save the tooth. I spent 2 hours calling dentists only to be turned down or not even called back. One popular childrens dentist explained to me that it wasn't worth her coming in on a Friday evening for a baby tooth and to just give him some tylenol. Your hygienists are always friendly and informative and are the reason that I don't fall asleep on your comfortable patient chairs.
The Dr.s and the dental staff @ Couch & Hammond are professional and friendly. The office staff could learn from them.
