It was a bit chaotic because of the change in dental plan coverage. Staff couldn't find us on plan until after I was gone. As a result I wasn't sure if I should have the annual x-rays or not, nor how much I was responsible to pay, either. Also, the only reason I ever come to the office is so that Bill Couch actually checks my teeth but he didn't even appear during the exam: strictly left to the hygenist/cleaning. A little disappointing.
As usaul, Ed was awesome!
I had a great appointment. I really appreciate the staff making the time to eliminate two cavities when I was not scheduled. Thanks
