I see Lori every six months for my semiannual teeth cleaning. At my recent appointment every staff member was cordial and welcoming as usual. As always,I was pleased and impressed with Lori's professional, yet friendly manner and procedure. On my annual checkup appointments I am always pleased with Dr. Couch's informative and conscientious demeanor and skill. He also graciously answers all my questions and is very caring and sincere with his explanations. I am ready always to recommend him and his staff for all dental care.
Very good. Note that I did not ask about financial options, but simply paid the estimated copay, given that my insurance paid most of the cost.
Overall the staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr Hammond was awesome, never making me feel "rushed" throughout my appt. I look forward to recommending this Dental office to friends and family.

It would be helpful if the employees didn't wear perfume
Everyone was very nice and I didn’t even have to go into the quiet room to talk about $ or sit on the bench before I was checked out. However, I am not sure any dental experience can be a good one for me…as I have had some bad ones in the past. I hear bad things about mercury/amalgam, but can’t seem to get a straight answer about what is currently used. Since I moved, I travel over an hour to attend my dental appts with Dr Couch and Dr Hammond. I do it because I know I will get honest excellent service. My options are always explained to me and I know if I'm told I need a service it's because I really need it not because they "want" me to have it. I have heard horror stories regarding other dentist's offices but I know that will never happen to me. I love my dentists and will continue to travel far to go to my appts!
